Call for Proposals: Visions in Methodology 2019

Proposals are now being accepted for the 2019 Visions in Methodology (VIM) workshop, being held at The University of Georgia, May 2nd to 4th, 2019.

We invite submissions from female graduate students and faculty that address questions of measurement, causal inference, the application of advanced statistical methods to substantive research questions, as well as the use of experimental approaches (including incentivized experiments).

Participants are expected to arrive at The University of Georgia by 5:00 pm on May 2nd. The workshop consists of two days of research presentations, and will conclude with a final dinner on the evening of May 4th, 2019.

All applications will require the title and description of a research project you would like to present (100 – 150 words). The application deadline is January 31st, 2019. 

Graduate students and faculty at all ranks are encouraged to apply. Applicants will be notified of decisions in mid to late February.
